I started my journey in the care sector as a healthcare assistant back in 2011, with nothing but a passion for helping others and a dream of doing more. When I became a registered mental health nurse, I saw firsthand the challenges in the healthcare industry, especially staffing shortages.

When the Covid pandemic hit, while others struggled, my agency thrived, eventually growing to over seven figures and employing more than 100 staff.
